Gloaming Aura reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Gloaming Aura accepts payments exclusively via Cashfree, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select digital wallets.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:--Stock unavailability, Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity, Errors in product pricing or description, Incomplete or inaccurate billing information

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 4–7 business days. Estimated delivery timeframe is 10–12 business days from dispatch. Free shipping is available for orders above ₹999

Please note that Gloaming Aura is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Product Care & Use Disclaimer

Our candles are handcrafted and require proper care to ensure optimal and safe use. Customers are advised to:

Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn, Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface, Avoid burning candles for more than 4 hours at a time, Keep candles away from drafts, flammable objects, children, and pets

Gloaming Aura shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the misuse, negligence, or improper handling of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all provided safety guidelines.

5. Modifications & Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or modify any order at our discretion. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible depending on the status of processing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to product names, designs, logos, photographs, and written material, is the exclusive intellectual property of Gloaming Aura.
No content may be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used without express written consent.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gloaming Aura disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to product use and website functionality.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Third-party shipping errors or delays

  • Technical issues on the website

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
