At Gloaming Aura, each product is handcrafted with care, and due to the nature of handmade items, all sales are final. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.


No Refunds or Returns

We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been processed and delivered. Please note:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur due to the handmade nature of our candles.

  • Product images on our website are for reference only — minor differences may exist in the final product.


To Request a Replacement

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps within 2 days of delivery:

  1. Email us at: gloamingaura86@gmail.com or dm/direct message us on our Instagram page: @gloaming_aura

  2. Include the following: Order number, Clear photos of the product and packaging , Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request. If approved, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.


Important Notes

Claims made after 2 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement. Replacements are subject to product availability.
